Delivery Items ordered online will usually be despatched within 3 working days from the date of your order. If you have a specific date you would like your order to be despatched, either sooner or a specified date in the future, please phone the shop directly and we will endeavour to meet your requirements. We do not normally despatch orders on a Friday or Saturday as it is best to avoid having the chocolates in the postal system for a prolonged period.

We will deliver to the address as you enter it when ordering and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. A post code is required for all deliveries.

Items are sent using Royal Mail first class or recorded delivery post (as selected when placing your order) so are usually received by the recipient the day after despatch. Items sent by recorded delivery must be signed for upon delivery so please consider this when selecting your delivery option.

Returns We hope that you will be fully satisfied with every part of your shopping experience with Les Chocolats Belges. Cancelling your order: You may cancel your order at any time, up until 9am on the day it is due to be despatched. In the event that you wish to cancel your order, please contact us on 01394 386302. In accordance with the Distance Selling Directive (2000) you may also cancel your order at any time without reason, within 7 days of delivery. Should you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, you must confirm this in writing and return the complete packaged item(s) to: Returns Les Chocolats Belges 45 The Thoroughfare Woodbridge Suffolk IP12 1AH Please be aware that you will be liable for any postage costs incurred as a result of returning any items and ensure that you obtain proof of postage. We regret that a refund can only be provided for items received back by us. This does not affect your statutory rights. Damaged goods: All our chocolates are despatched in perfect condition and we take every effort to package them to ensure their safe arrival. If any items are unfortunately damaged in transit by circumstances beyond our control, you can return them to us at the address above and once we have received the item, we will refund the full purchase cost.
